Our Review About Need for Speed Most Wanted 2005
Need for Speed Most Wanted 2005 is a game that I often revisit from time to time, reliving my childhood days. Furthermore, after inspecting the game, I noticed that it has everything: interesting opponents with backstories, amazing cars, and cool supporting characters.
Immersive Open World
Most Wanted 2005 is an open-world game, meaning I could freely cruise around the map when I was outside of any racing mission. Additionally, the free roaming was unrestricted, allowing me to enjoy cruising around the map, exploring different locations, and enhancing the game's immersion. An open-world racing game is a perfect combo, giving me the option to drive around and enjoy the world.
Amazing Soundtrack
The soundtrack in Most Wanted is phenomenal, and it remains one of my favourite games, boasting some of the best music and sound. The energy in the music pumps my adrenaline, and the high intensity of the racing goes well side to side. Also, the game’s aesthetic and soundtrack make a great combination, and I love it.
Car Customization
Most Wanted 2005 features an impressive car customisation system. I could improve the performance of my car so that it would give me a better edge while racing or evading the police. Apart from that, I could also change the look of my car, from changing the rims to adjusting the colour of my car's exterior to match my aesthetic. The deep customisation elevated my experience during the gameplay.
Challenging Progression
The progression system in Most Wanted 2005 was the most unique I had experienced. There is a blacklist rival system where you have to defeat a rival to climb the leaderboards and each rival felt unique, giving me more thrill. I was constantly upgrading my car and defeating the bosses, and every victory I achieved felt rewarding.
